Another home remedy for gout control is use of plenty of water. As if you do not drink sufficient water, uric acid level starts increasing due to creation of urate crystals. 12to 14 glass of water daily stop creation of crystal and maintain uric acid level.

Vitamin C is another source to reduce and maintain the uric acid level. This vitamin help to emit urine uric avid and reduce acids of blood. Some fruits and vegetables like oranges, tangerines, red cabbage and red pepper are the rich source of vitamin C.
